Performance Marketing Associate

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Associate to join our team at UrbanStems. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing paid media campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional platforms. Your main focus will be on driving revenue, brand awareness, and acquiring new customers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about A/B testing, creative problem-solving, and discovering innovative customer acquisition strategies. • Oversee paid media campaigns and channels to drive revenue, brand awareness, and new customer acquisition
• Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to strategize, brainstorm, create, and launch new creative assets for paid media channels
• Conduct A/B testing of copy, creative assets, and landing pages on a weekly basis
• Assist in budget planning with the Sr. Manager to achieve revenue goals on a weekly basis
• Assist in communication and coordination of resources with key agency partners

• 2-4 years of experience
• Experience with paid media channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google, affiliates, streaming TV, podcasts, programmatic, direct mail, or other digital media platforms
• Experience using Google Analytics
• Strong copywriting skills — preferably experience with social & search ad copy
• Strong understanding of industry terms (CPA, CVR, ROAS, CTR, CPC, Impressions, Sessions, Conversions, Attribution Models, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple tasks
• Eager to learn in a hands-on environment and show initiative and ownership over areas of responsibility
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
