MNTN is looking for a Performance Marketer that will drive MNTN’s LinkedIn advertising efforts to generate high-quality leads and support revenue growth. In this role, you’ll manage campaigns, optimize performance through testing and analysis, and contribute strategic insights to the broader marketing and sales teams. Your work directly impacts pipeline development and the effectiveness of our B2B advertising programs.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, or Direct Response campaigns.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn advertising and B2B lead generation.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure revenue attribution and campaign performance.
  • Experience with A/B testing and landing page conversion optimization.
  • Ability to provide strategic insights and feedback to product and marketing teams.
  • Excellent project management skills, handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Design and optimize lead-generation strategies for each stage of the marketing funnel.
  • Implement account-based marketing initiatives to support the sales team.
  • Create and promote thought leadership content to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Conduct testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to inform strategy and provide feedback on new tools or initiatives.
  • Monitor and optimize conversions, ensuring marketing efforts contribute to business outcomes.
