The primary purpose of your job position is to develop, coordinate, direct, and administer our facility’s marketing and public relations programs and services. This role involves planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing public relations and marketing programs to maintain and increase census, and to provide the community with information about the facility's programs, services, and practices. The Marketer will also develop and maintain policies regarding the release of information, assist department directors with marketing strategies, and track customer satisfaction. This position requires maintaining an adequate liaison with families, residents, and community leaders, and contacting the news media for new programs or promotions. During emergencies, the Marketer will establish a public relations area to ensure accurate information release. The role also involves preparing a departmental operating budget and serving on facility committees. A key aspect is maintaining the confidentiality of resident care information and interpreting resident rights. This position has supervisory responsibilities.
