We are building the next generation of e-commerce and clinical infrastructure from the ground up. LumiMeds is a LegitScript-certified telehealth platform helping patients access compounded GLP-1, GLP-1/GIP, and NAD+ therapies. We're a lean, fast-moving team focused on making weight loss and wellness care accessible — and we're building the growth engine to match our clinical ambitions. We're looking for a rigorous, experiment-driven growth and performance marketer to own paid acquisition and funnel performance at LumiMeds. This is not a "set it and run it" media buying role — we need someone who thinks in hypotheses, runs structured A/B tests across every layer of the funnel, and uses results to compound learnings over time. You'll be our first dedicated growth hire, building the testing infrastructure and playbook from the ground up. What sets this role apart: The single most important thing you'll do here is run tests — on creative, on landing pages, on offers, on audiences, on copy. We want someone who has a formal testing methodology, can size experiments correctly, and knows how to extract signal from noise in a DTC health funnel. If you've never built a structured test-and-learn program before, this isn't the right fit.
