However, to reach families who may not be referred by a doctor, Hera needs to expand its reach through growth marketing. This role is crucial for connecting with adult children searching for caregiving support, many of whom may not be aware that services like Hera's are covered by Medicare. The company has achieved significant growth organically, with $0 spent on customer acquisition and a 95% customer retention rate, supported by early brand wins like viral community moments and highlighted launch videos.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years in growth, creative, or performance marketing (in-house, agency, or startup).
  • Experience running paid campaigns with demonstrable results.
  • Portfolio showcasing work across various channels, with bonus points for viral campaign experience.
  • Proven ability to figure things out independently without a large support team.
  • Fluency with AI tools for creative production, copy, research, and workflow optimization.
  • Exceptional taste and a curatorial eye, combined with a data-driven approach.
  • Generalist disposition, able to shift between high-level strategy and detailed execution.
  • Strong editing skills to distill messages effectively.
  • First-principles thinking, building from leverage points rather than relying solely on best practices.
  • Ability to use AI to enhance speed and reach without compromising quality.
  • Deep care for the mission of helping families in crisis.

Responsibilities

  • Build the growth engine for Hera.
  • Create emotive, informative, and highly shareable content that earns attention.
  • Own SEO and paid acquisition across social and search, managing everything from creative to bid strategy to post-mortem analysis.
  • Run rigorous experiments and treat every campaign as a hypothesis.
  • Design attribution frameworks to accurately measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Build systems to enhance efficiency, such as automated workflows, AI-assisted production, and feedback loops.
  • Manage the marketing budget with precision and the ability to scale successful campaigns rapidly.
