About The Position

Growth Marketer at US HealthConnect (USH) is responsible for managing audience engagement for highly targeted online medical education programs, building a specialty-specific audience for the brand, and improving digital tactics. The role involves supporting the development and execution of data-driven audience acquisition strategies, using analytics and marketing technologies to optimize campaign performance, and analyzing datasets for insights. The Growth Marketer will manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, monitor and report on advertising performance, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Continuous testing, learning, and iteration on campaigns using A/B testing are key, as is optimizing content performance and maintaining a strong understanding of USH's processes and data ecosystems. Staying current on new tools, technologies, and AI capabilities is also expected.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related area preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Experience working with marketing data and performance metrics
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong strategic and creative thinking
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at a time as well as support complex initiatives
  • Strong digital, technical, and organizational skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident communicating with internal partners, vendors and partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Google Analytics/GA4

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of data-driven audience acquisition strategies for online programs
  • Use analytics, AI tools, and marketing technologies to optimize campaign performance
  • Analyze datasets to generate insights and support decision making
  • Manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (site, email, paid media, social, etc.)
  • Monitor, report on, and optimize advertising performance and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners to deliver integrated marketing initiatives
  • Participate in project launches and implementation meetings, providing strategic and technical input
  • Continuously test, learn, and iterate on campaigns using A/B testing
  • Optimize content performance using data insights and best practices
  • Maintain strong understanding of USH processes, brands, products, and data ecosystems
  • Stay current on new tools, technologies, and AI capabilities and apply where appropriate to improve marketing effectiveness
