As a Growth Marketer, you will play a critical role in fueling that mission by driving new patient acquisition and membership growth across EPIC Health and its family of brands. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role focused on performance, experimentation, and measurable results. You’ll own campaigns end-to-end—from strategy to execution to optimization—continuously improving performance across channels and funnels. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3–6+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
  • Proven track record of driving measurable acquisition results (leads, patients, subscribers, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns and budgets
  • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
  • CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Go High Level or similar)
  • Analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, attribution tools)
  • Landing page builders and conversion tracking tools
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels and user behavior
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, multi-location businesses, or high-growth environments
  • Familiarity with call center-driven conversion models
  • Experience managing multi-brand or multi-market campaigns
  • Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant marketing practices

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, email, SMS, and landing pages.
  • Drive new patient acquisition and membership growth across EPIC Health, Exodus, and PATHS.
  • Launch campaigns quickly and iterate based on real-time performance data.
  • Build, manage, and continuously optimize end-to-end conversion funnels (ad → landing page → call center → booked appointment/subscription).
  • Identify drop-off points and implement strategies to improve conversion rates at every stage.
  • Partner with call center and operations teams to improve lead handling and conversion outcomes.
  • Own and track key growth metrics including: Cost per lead (CPL), Cost per acquisition (CPA), Conversion rates, Patient/member volume.
  • Use data and analytics tools to generate insights and drive decision-making.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign performance and ROI.
  • Run continuous A/B tests on audiences, creative, messaging, and offers.
  • Rapidly iterate to identify winning strategies and scale high-performing campaigns.
  • Develop hypotheses and validate them through structured experimentation.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with operations and call center teams to align marketing efforts with clinic capacity and patient experience.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and real-world conversion performance.
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
  • Explore emerging platforms, partnerships, and tactics to expand reach.
  • Recommend strategies to improve scalability and efficiency across campaigns.
