About The Position

ProSidian Seeks a Performance Management Training Course Instructor for Program Support on an Exempt 1099 Contract with no overtime pay. This is a hybrid role, involving both on-site and virtual work, primarily in the Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery) and across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region, supporting an Army Reserve civilian leadership development and training environment. The role aligns with the GSA Labor Category: Content Subject Matter Expert/Instructor II. Candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience are sought to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC. This position is contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) within the Performance Management Training Functional Area. ProSidian reserves the right to convert this to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. The job involves delivering performance management learning solutions to strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance. The program equips leaders and employees with tools to establish clear expectations, align performance with mission objectives, foster accountability, and drive continuous improvement. Participants will learn to develop measurable goals, provide feedback, evaluate results, and support employee growth. Through coaching, discussions, exercises, and case studies, participants will enhance their ability to drive workforce effectiveness, improve engagement, and achieve organizational outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Instructional certifications preferred
  • Primarily focused on Professional and Management Development Training initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities
  • Performance Management Training Functional Area Activities
  • Facilitation, adult learning, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, assessment
  • Leadership, collaboration, problem solving, communication, adaptability, customer focus
  • Integrates LMS platforms, audio/visual technologies, interactive exercises, and performance-based learning methodologies
  • Requires expertise in performance planning, SMART objectives, feedback, coaching, employee development, performance evaluation, and accountability frameworks
  • NACI eligibility required
  • Supports USARC CPMO Civilian Leadership & Development Program
  • In-person and virtual delivery
  • Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office
  • Advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio
  • Ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary
  • Ability to foster teamwork collaboratively as a participant, and effectively as a team leader
  • Ability to guide and lead colleagues on projects and initiatives
  • Understanding and insight into how organizations perform, including business processes, data, systems, and people
  • Ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders of all levels orally and in writing
