About The Position

ProSidian is seeking a Change Management (MIL) Training Course Instructor for a contract position supporting Army Reserve civilian leadership development and training. This role focuses on delivering change management learning solutions to strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance. The program equips civilian professionals and military-support personnel with knowledge, frameworks, and strategies to lead organizational transformation. Participants will learn to assess change impacts, communicate effectively, build stakeholder commitment, and address resistance. The role involves facilitated exercises, scenario-based learning, coaching, and collaborative planning to develop skills for guiding organizations through change with resilience and strategic focus. The position is aligned with GSA Labor Category: Content Subject Matter Expert/Instructor II and is primarily focused on Civilian Training Services for the DOD/Military sector, specifically supporting clients like the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC). The role may be converted to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Instructional certifications preferred
  • Primarily focused on Professional and Management Development Training initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities Change Management (MIL) Training Functional Area Activities
  • Skills: Facilitation, adult learning, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, assessment
  • Competencies: Leadership, collaboration, problem solving, communication, adaptability, customer focus
  • Integrates LMS platforms, audio/visual technologies, interactive exercises, and performance-based learning methodologies
  • Typically provides 2 Days (16 Hours) Instructor-Led Training (ILT) / Workshop Engagements
  • Change Management (MIL) professional specialty requires change management expertise in mission-driven environments, stakeholder alignment, transition planning, resistance mitigation, resilience, and military-support organizational context
  • NACI eligibility required
  • Supports USARC CPMO Civilian Leadership & Development Program
  • Proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio
  • Able to quickly learn other tools as needed
