ProSidian is seeking a Change Management (MIL) Training Course Instructor for a contract position supporting Army Reserve civilian leadership development and training. Participants will learn to assess change impacts, communicate effectively, build stakeholder commitment, and address resistance. The role involves facilitated exercises, scenario-based learning, coaching, and collaborative planning to develop skills for guiding organizations through change with resilience and strategic focus. The position is aligned with GSA Labor Category: Content Subject Matter Expert/Instructor II and is primarily focused on Civilian Training Services for the DOD/Military sector, specifically supporting clients like the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC). The role may be converted to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.
