About The Position

ProSidian seeks a Leading Change Training Course Instructor for Program Support on an Exempt 1099 Contract basis. This role involves hybrid work (on/off client site and virtual) in the Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery) supporting a Army Reserve civilian leadership development and training environment. The position is aligned with the GSA Labor Category: Content Subject Matter Expert/Instructor II, focusing on Civilian Training Services for the DOD/Military sector. The instructor will deliver leading change learning solutions to strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance. The program prepares leaders to guide organizations through transition and transformation, teaching practical approaches for communication, managing resistance, building commitment, and sustaining momentum. Participants will develop change leadership capabilities, learn to communicate vision, assess readiness, manage resistance, engage stakeholders, build commitment, strengthen resilience, and sustain transformation efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5–10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development
• Facilitation, adult learning, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, assessment
• Leadership, collaboration, problem solving, communication, adaptability, customer focus
• Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
