ProSidian seeks a Problem Solving Training Course Instructor for Program Support on an Exempt 1099 Contract basis. The position supports a civilian leadership development and training environment for the Army Reserve. The role aligns with the GSA Labor Category: Content Subject Matter Expert/Instructor II, focusing on Civilian Training Services Problem Solving Training for DOD/Military clients. The ideal candidate will have relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) position, with the possibility of conversion to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. The role provides services and support as a Problem Solving Training Course Instructor within the Problem Solving Training Functional Area/Swim Lane/Category Discipline in the DOD/Military Industry Sector, focusing on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients like the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC). The program aims to deliver problem-solving learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance by developing participants' ability to analyze complex challenges, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions. Participants will learn structured methodologies, critical-thinking techniques, and systems-based approaches. Learning objectives include applying structured problem-solving methodologies, conducting root-cause analysis, using systems thinking, evaluating alternatives, developing actionable solutions, improving decision-making, building consensus, and communicating recommendations effectively.
