Team Building Training Course Instructor
About The Position
ProSidian is seeking a Team Building Training Course Instructor for a contract position supporting Program Support. This role involves delivering team-building learning solutions to strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance within the DOD/Military Sector, specifically for clients like the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC). The program aims to enhance collaboration, trust, communication, and collective performance through facilitated exercises, assessments, and problem-solving activities. Participants will gain strategies for building resilient, engaged, and high-performing teams. The role is hybrid, involving on-site and virtual delivery in the Southeast region, primarily around Fort Bragg, NC.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Professional and Management Development Training initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities Team Building Training Functional Area Activities.
- Facilitation, adult learning, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, assessment.
- Leadership, collaboration, problem solving, communication, adaptability, customer focus.
- NACI eligibility required
- Proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio.

Responsibilities
- Develop lesson plans
- Facilitate classroom and virtual instruction
- Conduct assessments
- Provide coaching and feedback
- Support curriculum updates and survey-driven improvements
- Integrates LMS platforms, audio/visual technologies, interactive exercises, and performance-based learning methodologies
- Facilitation of team dynamics, trust building, collaboration, conflict resolution, employee engagement, and applied team-based learning activities.
