About The Position

ProSidian is seeking a Conflict Management Training Course Instructor for a contract position supporting Army Reserve civilian leadership development and training. This role focuses on delivering conflict management learning solutions to enhance workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance within the DOD/Military sector. The program equips professionals with skills to constructively address and resolve workplace conflicts, understand competing interests, manage difficult conversations, regulate emotions, and foster collaboration. Participants will learn practical techniques through facilitated discussions, role-playing, case studies, and applied exercises to build consensus, preserve relationships, and improve organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Primarily focused on Professional and Management Development Training initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities Conflict Management Training Functional Area Activities.
  • Facilitation, adult learning, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, assessment.
  • Leadership, collaboration, problem solving, communication, adaptability, customer focus.
  • Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
  • NACI eligibility required

  • relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal)
  • conflict resolution expertise, negotiation, mediation, emotional intelligence, difficult conversations, perspective-taking, and role-play facilitation.
