This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) position within the Civilian Training Services discipline, with the possibility of conversion to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. The primary focus is on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO). The program aims to deliver leading change learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance, preparing leaders to guide organizations through transition and transformation.
