About The Position

ProSidian seeks a Leading Change Training Course Instructor for Program Support on an Exempt 1099 Contract with no overtime pay. This role is hybrid, involving on-site and virtual work in the Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery). The position supports an Army Reserve civilian leadership development and training environment. The instructor will be aligned with the GSA Labor Category: Content Subject Matter Expert/Instructor II, focusing on Civilian Training Services for the DOD/Military sector. The role requires relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience and supports professional services engagements for clients like USARC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) position within the Civilian Training Services discipline, with the possibility of conversion to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. The primary focus is on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO). The program aims to deliver leading change learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance, preparing leaders to guide organizations through transition and transformation. Participants will learn practical approaches for communicating vision, managing resistance, building stakeholder commitment, and sustaining momentum.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5–10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development
• Facilitation skills
• Adult learning principles

• Virtual instruction skills
• Assessment skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio
• Ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary
• NACI eligibility required

Nice To Haves

• Instructional certifications preferred
• DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal)
• Experience with Leading Change Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines
• Experience integrating LMS platforms, audio/visual technologies, interactive exercises, and performance-based learning methodologies
