The role shall be principally focused on Civilian Training Services Professional Communication and Organizational Effectiveness (Communication Training) for DOD/Military | Aerospace, Defense And Military - Aerospace, Defense, and Military (ADM) Industry Sector Group: Services And Solutions That Enable Aerospace, Defense, and Military Agencies To Enhance Capabilities, Drive Transformation, Operate Sustainably, And Maintain Mission-Readiness. We seek candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Professional Communication and Organizational Effectiveness (Communication Training) Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Civilian Training Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. The role provides services and support as a Communication Training Course Instructor [Civilian Training Services] aligned with the Professional Communication and Organizational Effectiveness (Communication Training) Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the DOD/Military Industry Sector. This role focuses on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) | USARC Civilian Training Services - 'Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO)'. Located Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery) and across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual. Delivering communication learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance. The Communication Training program develops the verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills required to communicate effectively in professional and mission-focused environments. Participants learn practical techniques for delivering clear messages, strengthening active listening, overcoming communication barriers, and adapting communication styles to diverse audiences and situations. Through facilitated discussions, coaching exercises, scenario-based learning, and applied communication activities, participants enhance collaboration, strengthen workplace relationships, and improve organizational effectiveness.
