About The Position

Dash0 is hiring a hands-on People Operations and Workplace Manager to own People Operations for its US workforce, including employees who join through acquisitions. The role covers the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding for a multi-state workforce employed through a PEO. The manager will respond directly to employee questions, identify compliance risks, and simplify and automate US processes as the company grows. The role also coordinates practical workplace and office logistics for Dash0’s New York presence. The position works closely with colleagues in the US and Europe, as well as Recruiting and People, Finance, Legal, and US sales leadership. Dash0’s People Ops team divides ownership by territory and topic, with team members collaborating across tasks. The role is based on the US East Coast, ideally in New York City, and requires enough overlap with European working hours for early calls. Dash0 describes its work environment as flexible and remote-first, with offices in New York, Amsterdam, and Munich. The company offers competitive salary and meaningful equity participation, a €60 monthly lifestyle allowance, location-specific benefits, a collaborative and fast-moving culture, career growth and development, and direct access to founders and leadership.
