About The Position

Stepping Stones Therapy, Inc. is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapist (OTR) for its family-centered pediatric clinic, which provides speech, occupational, and physical therapy. The therapist will support children's growth using a holistic, team-based approach that extends beyond the clinic into the home and school environment. The position is full-time, Monday through Thursday, with documentation time built into the schedule and no weekends. The clinic offers a collaborative, supportive environment focused on therapist well-being, evidence-based care, and professional growth.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapy License.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs.
• Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other therapists.
• Track progress and document sessions accurately.
• Educate caregivers to support carryover at home and school.
