About The Position

InHome Therapy is hiring licensed Occupational Therapists to provide in-home services to adult and geriatric patients in and around Downtown Chicago. The role is offered full-time or part-time and is paid on a per-visit basis. The evaluation visit rate ranges from $65 to $80 per visit; final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies by employment status and weekly hours worked. The role offers schedule flexibility and autonomy, a consistent caseload through agency partners, mileage reimbursement, and tools intended to reduce travel time. A tablet, data plan, supplies, paid training, mentorship, and clinical and administrative support are provided. Requirements

Active occupational therapy license in good standing.
BLS CPR certification.
Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
Basic comfort using technology, including email, texting, and EMR systems; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in the community.
Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
Educate patients and families about recovery plans and preventive care.
Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation in accordance with Medicare and agency standards.
