About The Position

InHome Therapy is hiring licensed Occupational Therapists to provide in-home services to adult and geriatric patients in and around Northlake. The position is available as full-time or part-time and offers a flexible schedule, a consistent caseload, and clinical and administrative support. Compensation is paid on a per-visit basis; evaluation visits range from $70 to $80. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked.

Requirements

Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing.
BLS CPR certification.
Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
Basic comfort with technology, including email, texting, and EMR systems; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in the community.
Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation in accordance with Medicare and agency standards.
