About The Position

InHome Therapy is hiring licensed Occupational Therapists to provide in-home services to adult and geriatric patients in and around Downtown Chicago. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities, a flexible schedule, autonomy over daily work, and a consistent caseload supported by the agency partner network. The position is paid on a per-visit basis; the evaluation visit rate ranges from $65 to $80. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. The role includes mileage reimbursement, a tablet, data plan, supplies, paid training and mentorship, and clinical and administrative support. Benefits eligibility varies by employment status and weekly hours worked.

Requirements

Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing.
BLS CPR certification.
Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
Basic comfort with technology, including email, texting, and EMR systems; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in the community.
Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation in accordance with Medicare and agency standards.
