About The Position

Home Heart Florida is seeking compassionate registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to provide high-quality pediatric care in patients’ homes. Nurses are thoughtfully matched with families based on their experience, personality, and scheduling needs. The role offers one-on-one care and support from a nurse-led clinical team, with opportunities for mentorship, case-specific training, and professional growth. Full-time, part-time, daytime, nighttime, weekend, and overnight opportunities may be available depending on patient needs. Nurses with at least one year of pediatric and home care experience may ask about providing RN education to a nearby family at $40 per hour.

Requirements

• Active Florida RN or LPN license.
• Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric or home health experience; preferred but not required for all cases.
• BLS certification.
• At least one year of pediatric and home care experience for the opportunity to provide RN education to a family.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in the home.
