About The Position

Home Heart Florida is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to a pediatric patient in the patient's home in Palm Coast, Florida. The case requires experience with epilepsy, feeding tubes, and seizures, and English language skills. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Nurses are matched with families based on clinical experience, personality, location, and schedule. A nurse-led clinical team is available for support, and the company aims to move qualified nurses through onboarding promptly. For RNs with at least one year of pediatric and home care experience, there may be an opportunity to provide family education for an increased rate.

Requirements

• Active Florida RN or LPN license.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with the clinical skills listed for the case, when required: epilepsy, feeding tubes, and seizures.
• Dependable, communicative, and comfortable working independently in the home.
• Reliable transportation.
• English language skills.

Nice To Haves

• For RNs, at least one year of pediatric experience and home care experience may qualify them for an opportunity to provide RN education to a family for an increased rate.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care according to the patient's plan of care.
