Diamond Braces•New York, NY

About The Position

Kidco is hiring an experienced Pediatric Dental Office Manager to lead and grow pediatric dental operations across assigned Brooklyn locations. The manager oversees daily office operations, employees, patient scheduling and experience, pediatric dental and orthodontic insurance billing, and financial and operational performance. The role involves working directly with doctors and clinical teams and traveling between offices as needed. It is a full-time, on-site position with a schedule based on office operations, including some Saturdays when required; it is not remote or hybrid. This is not an entry-level management position. Kidco seeks someone with hands-on pediatric dental management experience who understands orthodontic operations and dental billing and can manage multiple offices. The position offers long-term career growth, with opportunities to assume greater operational responsibility, oversee additional locations, and advance into senior leadership. Exceptional long-term performers may be considered for future partnership opportunities, subject to business needs, demonstrated performance, eligibility, and a separate written agreement.

  • Ability to travel between Brooklyn offices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
