About The Position

Ivy Rehab for Kids is seeking a Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner who is a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to start up their own outpatient pediatric clinic. This role allows therapists to focus on patient care while Ivy Rehab handles the business aspects such as marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, and systems. The company provides support for clinic location, team building, marketing, legal, compliance, software, IT, HR, payor contracts, accounting, and revenue cycle management. This is a start-up clinic, and the partner will be integral in determining the clinic's location.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in the respective state.
Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.
