About The Position

As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner at Ivy Health, you will help launch and grow a new pediatric therapy clinic, building equity in the clinic while providing care in your licensed discipline. You will help shape the clinic from the ground up, including its market and location, service mix, team, culture, and patient experience. Ivy Health provides established business systems, infrastructure, leadership guidance, and support through the clinic’s start-up and growth. You will oversee clinic operations, establish clinical standards, support clinical and non-clinical team members, and provide individualized patient care. The role also involves building relationships with referral partners and the community, guiding outreach, and using clinical and business information to support responsible growth. The clinic location is open to discussion and will be determined with the clinician and local community; the clinic does not yet exist. Ivy provides salary and benefits during the approved pre-opening period, de novo business and leadership training, site selection and build-out support, recruiting and onboarding assistance, marketing and community-launch support, and operational, financial, technology, payer, and revenue-cycle infrastructure. The director will collaborate with teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting, and receive coaching from leaders and partners with clinic-opening experience. The role is with Ivy Health, whose services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis. The company describes a collaborative culture focused on inclusion, growth, community, teamwork, and exceptional patient care. Clinicians have access to mentorship and ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool intended to reduce documentation time.
