About The Position

As a Pediatric Clinic Director and Investing Partner at Ivy Health, you will help create and lead a new clinic, building its community relationships, team, culture, and patient experience. You will provide care within your licensed discipline, establish the clinic’s clinical standards, oversee operations, and lead clinical and non-clinical teammates. You will help determine the clinic’s market and location, service mix, and approach to care, while building referral relationships and using clinical and business information to guide responsible growth. The role includes clinical treatment responsibilities and requires a current or pending state license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist. The position is based in a location to be determined in collaboration with the clinician and community; the clinic does not yet exist. The stated compensation range is $84,513–$126,770 per year, with potential eligibility for bonus, equity, student loan repayment, and relocation assistance.
