About The Position

As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner at Ivy Health, you will help build a new pediatric therapy clinic from the ground up and become an investing partner with equity in the clinic. You will help shape the clinic’s community and location, service mix, team, culture, and patient experience, with Ivy providing established business systems, infrastructure, expertise, and guidance. The clinic has not yet opened and will be a start-up clinic; location is open for discussion based on the clinician’s relationships and the local community. The role offers collaboration, mentorship, autonomy, and the opportunity to build equity. Ivy describes its workplace as inclusive and growth-oriented, with support for patient care, professional learning, and clinic development.
