About The Position

As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner at Ivy Health, you will help launch and grow a new pediatric therapy clinic, bringing clinical leadership and local relationships while Ivy provides business infrastructure and support. You will help shape the clinic’s community, location, service mix, team, culture, and patient experience, and build equity in the clinic. The clinic has not yet been established and will be a startup practice; location is open for discussion with the clinician and local community. You will oversee clinic operations, support clinical and non-clinical team members, and provide patient care through individualized treatment plans within your licensed discipline. The position combines clinical care with clinic development, team leadership, community outreach, and responsible business growth. Ivy describes a collaborative, inclusive culture emphasizing authenticity, growth, community, mentorship, and exceptional patient care.
