Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Investing Partner (BCBA license required)
About The Position
As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner at Ivy, you'll oversee all clinic operations, support clinical and non-clinical team members, and care for patients through individualized treatment plans, while building equity in your clinic and providing exceptional patient care to your community. You'll play a central role in building trust with local medical professionals, guiding community outreach, and helping your clinic run smoothly. You'll open and grow a brand-new practice with Ivy’s established business systems, and direct guidance from experienced clinic leaders. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited an Applied Behavior Analysis program
- Current or pending BCBA license or certification required as there is a treating element to this role
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred

- Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth
- Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting
