About The Position

As a Pediatric ABA Clinic Director and Investing Partner at Ivy Health, you will help launch and grow a new clinic in Christiansburg, Virginia. You will oversee clinic operations, provide care within your licensed discipline, establish clinical standards, and develop individualized treatment plans. You will help shape the clinic’s market, location, service mix, patient experience, team, and culture while building equity in the clinic and providing exceptional patient care. You will recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team, build relationships with referral partners and the community, and use clinical and business information to support responsible growth. Ivy Health provides salary and benefits during the approved pre-opening period, de novo business and leadership training, site-selection and build-out support, recruiting and marketing assistance, operational and financial infrastructure, and coaching from experienced clinic leaders. You will also partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, legal, compliance, and payer contracting. This position combines clinical leadership and clinic ownership through an investing-partner model. The clinic has not yet opened and is considered a start-up clinic. The role requires a current or pending BCBA license or certification because it includes a treating component.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
Current or pending BCBA license or certification is required because the role includes treating patients.

Responsibilities

Deliver care within the licensed discipline and set the clinic’s clinical standard.
