About The Position

As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner, you will open and grow a new pediatric ABA clinic in Christiansburg, Virginia, building the practice with Ivy Health’s established business systems, infrastructure, leadership guidance, and support. You will help shape the clinic’s market, location, service mix, team, culture, and patient experience while building equity in the clinic and delivering individualized care within your licensed discipline. You will oversee clinic operations, set its clinical standard, support clinical and non-clinical teammates, and develop relationships with local medical professionals, referral partners, and the community. Ivy Health provides support with site selection, lease, design and build-out; business and leadership training; recruiting and onboarding; marketing and community launch; and operational, financial, technology, payer, and revenue-cycle infrastructure. This position combines clinical care and leadership with a partnership role focused on responsible clinic growth.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
Current or pending BCBA license or certification is required because the role includes treating patients.
