About The Position

UW Medicine Primary Care at Woodinville is hiring a Patient Services Specialist 2 for its Woodinville clinic. This role supports staff, providers, and patients by maintaining efficient internal and external communications, scheduling appointments, and collecting patient information. The specialist partners with the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery. The clinic is located in Woodinville Towne Center and provides primary care appointments six days a week, including evenings and same-day appointments. Medical advice is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This is a regular, full-time position at 100% FTE (40 hours per week), working Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the day shift. UW Medicine Primary Care is a network of clinics throughout the Puget Sound region offering primary and secondary care from pediatrics to geriatrics, with urgent care available seven days a week at select locations. Requirements

High school graduation or equivalent.
One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Provide staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including answering phones and triaging calls.
Schedule provider and ancillary service appointments.
Obtain patient demographic, financial, and clinical information.
Partner with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery.
Perform other duties as requested.
