About The Position

The Patient Services Representative acts as a liaison between Water's Edge Dermatology and its current and potential customers assisting customers by determining their requirements; answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, and maintaining the designated database.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service background

Nice To Haves

1-to 2 years of Medical Reception or High-Volume Call experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
Determines client requirements by answering telephone calls, interviewing patients and verifying information.
Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
Inform clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
Maintains call center database by entering information, keeping records of all conversation
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.
Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Meets personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Other duties as assigned.
