About The Position

OU Health Physicians in Tulsa is hiring for a community-based medicine practice that combines compassionate care with academic excellence. This role offers the opportunity to care for patients close to home and contribute to the education and mentorship of medical students and residents in a collaborative environment focused on patient-centered care, teaching, and teamwork. Applicants who meet the additional experience requirements may be classified as Senior Patient Services Representatives. The listed pay range is commensurate with experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Travel is not required. Hiring is contingent upon a background check.

Requirements

Patient Services Representative: High school diploma or GED.
Patient Services Representative: 12 months of experience in a customer service role.
Senior Patient Services Representative: High school diploma or GED.
Senior Patient Services Representative: 18 months of experience, including a minimum of 6 months in a clinical environment and 12 months in a customer service role.
