About The Position

Requirements
- Patient Services Representative: High school diploma or GED.
- Patient Services Representative: 12 months of experience in a customer service role.
- Senior Patient Services Representative: High school diploma or GED.
- Senior Patient Services Representative: 18 months of experience, including at least 6 months in a clinical environment and 12 months in a customer service role.
