About The Position
OU Health Physicians in Tulsa is hiring a Patient Services Representative. This role is part of a community-based medicine practice that combines compassionate care with academic excellence. It offers the opportunity to care for patients close to home and contribute to the education and mentorship of medical students and residents in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Applicants who meet additional requirements may be classified as Senior Patient Services Representatives. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Travel is not required. Pay is commensurate with experience, and the position is benefits-eligible. Hiring is contingent upon a background check.
Requirements
- For Patient Services Representative: High school diploma or GED.
- For Patient Services Representative: 12 months of experience in a customer service role.
- For Senior Patient Services Representative: High school diploma or GED.
- For Senior Patient Services Representative: 18 months of experience, including at least 6 months in a clinical environment and 12 months in a customer service role.
- Hiring is contingent upon a background check.
