Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
• Additional fluency in one or more API languages is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provides a variety of office and administrative support services including reception.
• Schedules appointments.
• Makes reminder calls for next day appointments.
• Handles check-in and check-out appointments.
• Arranges for interpreter services.
• Manages medical records.
• Processes specialty referrals.
• Performs other general office duties.
