About The Position

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to support the administrative and communication processes that help patients access care. The role connects patients, providers, clinicians, insurers, and internal operational departments, helping ensure the care journey is seamless and efficient. Responsibilities include insurance and benefits management, authorization processing, payment and billing reconciliation, and maintaining relationships with patients and care partners. The position is full-time, with a schedule of Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The pay range is $18–$22 per hour. Requirements

High school diploma or GED; submission of a diploma for the highest level of education obtained is required.
1–2 years of customer service experience; healthcare experience is preferred.
Follow HIPAA guidelines when reconciling patient payments and units billed.
