About The Position
Ashcraft Orthodontics is seeking a motivated, dependable Patient Services Representative to provide a positive experience for patients and families at its Little Rock, Arkansas office. This full-time role is an opportunity to begin a career in the dental field; dental experience is not required, and training will be provided to the right candidate. The schedule is Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide a friendly, positive experience.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with patient inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Check patients in and out.
- Assist with patient records and general front office duties.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
