About The Position

Lumexa Imaging partner Touchstone Imaging Lafayette is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative for its outpatient imaging center in Lafayette, Colorado. The role supports patients and office operations by coordinating diagnostic exams and procedures, helping with authorizations and insurance verification, managing patient check-in and check-out, responding to phone calls, and maintaining accurate patient information and records. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in a medical office setting or hospital.
• Ability to handle heavy patient volume.
• Strong customer service and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in authorizations and insurance verification.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for diagnostic exams and procedures.
• Assist with authorizations and verifications.
• Check patients in and out.
• Answer multiple phone lines.
• Provide accurate and complete information to the billing office.
• Verify insurance.
• Ensure accuracy of patient data entered into the system.
• Process requests and file patient records.
