About The Position

The Patient Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients and is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional experience while managing a full dental office schedule. The coordinator works closely with the clinical team, handles patient records and payments accurately, and protects patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA requirements. New team members complete a 90-day introductory period.
