About The Position

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be one of the first points of contact for patients and help create a positive experience from check-in to check-out. You will support the front desk by assisting with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, phone calls, and other daily patient needs. This PRN opportunity provides as-needed staffing coverage at an outpatient imaging center in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Day, evening, and weekend shifts are available, with flexibility to pick up shifts based on your availability and center needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) to be competitive.
• Friendly and organized, with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with registration and check-in/check-out.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Verify insurance.
• Answer phone calls and assist with other daily patient needs.
• Support front-desk operations and provide excellent customer service.
