About The Position

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be one of the first points of contact for patients and help create a positive experience from check-in to check-out. You will support the front desk by assisting with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, phone calls, and other daily patient needs. The role is in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, and is PRN, providing staffing coverage as needed. Shifts may be picked up based on availability and center needs; day, evening, and weekend shifts are available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Friendly and organized, with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with registration and check-in/check-out.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Verify insurance.
• Handle phone calls and other daily patient needs.
• Support front-desk operations and provide excellent customer service.
