About The Position

LaserAway is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to guide patients through aesthetic treatment consultations and build lasting patient relationships. The role owns a patient book and revenue target, leading one-on-one consultations, designing customized treatment plans, and supporting patients throughout their aesthetic journey. The coordinator works with clinicians and the Location Director to provide a seamless, premium experience from arrival through checkout. LaserAway’s custom CRM provides marketing-generated leads and access to patient history. Full training is provided; a medical background is not required. Top performers may advance to Lead PCC and Location Director roles.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Comfort with a commission-first compensation structure.
• Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered communication and conduct.
• Motivation to achieve results for both the employee and patients.
• Weekend availability; evenings are also a regular part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one patient consultations.
• Educate patients about laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
• Design and present customized treatment plans and financing options.
• Build and maintain a patient book, grow revenue, and develop long-term patient relationships.
• Partner with clinicians and the Location Director to deliver a premium patient experience from arrival through checkout.
• Use LaserAway’s custom CRM to manage marketing-generated leads and review patient history.
