About The Position

LaserAway is the nation's leader in aesthetic dermatology, combining medical expertise with luxury-level service across hundreds of clinics nationwide. Our Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) are trusted advisors who build loyal patient books and drive real business outcomes. The PCC will own a patient book and a revenue target, leading one-on-one consultations, designing customized treatment plans, and guiding patients through their full aesthetic journey. This role involves educating patients on services, presenting treatment plans and financing options, and partnering with clinicians and the Location Director to deliver a seamless, premium patient experience. The PCC will utilize LaserAway's custom CRM for lead generation and patient history access.

Requirements

2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales
Comfortable in a commission-first structure
Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction
Weekend availability required
