About The Position

LaserAway is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to manage patient consultations and relationships from the initial visit through long-term loyalty. The role owns a patient book and revenue target, conducts one-on-one consultations, develops customized treatment plans, and helps patients navigate their aesthetic journey. The coordinator educates patients about laser, body contouring, and injectable services; presents treatment plans and financing options; and works with clinicians and the Location Director to provide a premium experience from arrival through checkout. The role uses LaserAway’s custom CRM to manage marketing-generated leads and access patient history.

This is a full-time position with consistent scheduling. Weekends and evenings are regular parts of the role, and weekend availability is required. The position offers a $20-per-hour base plus uncapped commission and monthly bonuses. Average first-year earnings are stated as $70,000–$95,000 annually. Full training is provided, and no medical background is required. Top performers may advance to Lead PCC or Location Director roles.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in luxury, medical spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Comfort with a commission-first compensation structure.
• Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered communication.
• Weekend availability.
• Motivation to achieve results for both the business and patients.
