About The Position

LaserAway is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to guide patients through aesthetic treatment consultations and build long-term patient relationships. The role owns a patient book and revenue target, leads one-on-one consultations, develops customized treatment plans, and supports patients throughout their aesthetic journey. The coordinator works with clinicians and the Location Director to provide a seamless, premium experience from arrival through checkout. The position uses LaserAway’s custom CRM to manage marketing-generated leads and access patient history. Full training is provided, and a medical background is not required.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
Comfort working in a commission-first compensation structure.
Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered communication.
Weekend availability is required.
Motivation by results.

Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one patient consultations.
Educate patients about laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
Design and present customized treatment plans.
Present financing options.
Build and maintain patient relationships from initial consultation through long-term loyalty.
Grow an assigned patient book and meet a revenue target.
Partner with clinicians and the Location Director to deliver a seamless patient experience from arrival through checkout.
Use the company CRM to manage leads and review patient history.
