About The Position

At Jushi Holdings Inc., the Patient Care Consultant helps shape the customer experience in the cannabis industry by delivering concierge-level service to patrons and patients. The role supports day-to-day retail operations, helps guests understand available products and benefits, and contributes to sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals. The consultant must follow company policies, industry regulations, safety procedures, and the company’s mission and values.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of customer service experience in retail.
Excellent computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
Excellent multitasking skills when working by phone and in person.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor's degree in any field.
Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

Follow the company mission statement and core values while maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
Provide accurate, outstanding customer service by answering questions and concerns or directing them to the appropriate person.
Lead tours of the sales floor and recommend products based on ongoing research of available products.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of patient and member benefits, discounts, coupons, and promotions, and encourage medical guests to join memberships.
Follow product-handling procedures, company health and safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
Keep the store clean and organized by stocking retail items and supplies, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
Operate the cash register, computer-based point-of-sale system, and cash drawer.
Work as part of a team to meet sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals by designated timelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
