About The Position

The Patient Care Consultant is responsible for delivering concierge-level service to patrons and patients and providing a distinctive shopping experience that supports sales. The role conducts day-to-day operations within a retail location while following company policies and industry regulations. Duties include assisting customers, recommending products, maintaining knowledge of patient and member benefits and promotions, handling products and transactions appropriately, and helping maintain the store.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of customer-service experience in retail.
Excellent computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
Excellent multitasking skills over the phone and in person.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor's degree in any field.
Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

Adhere to the company mission statement and core values while maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
Provide accurate customer service by answering or appropriately directing questions and concerns.
Lead tours of the sales floor and recommend products based on ongoing research of available products.
Maintain thorough knowledge of patient and member benefits, discounts, coupons, and promotions, and encourage memberships for medical guests.
Follow product-handling procedures, company safety and health policies, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking retail items and supplies, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
Operate a cash register, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer.
Work with the team to meet sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals within designated timelines.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
