About The Position

The Patient Care Consultant is responsible for delivering concierge-level service to dispensary patrons and patients and contributing to a distinctive shopping experience that drives sales. The role supports day-to-day retail location operations while following company policies, industry regulations, and applicable safety and health procedures.

The consultant provides accurate customer service, helps guests navigate the sales floor and select products, maintains knowledge of patient and member benefits and promotions, and contributes to store organization, sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals. Duties may change at any time, with or without notice.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience in retail.
• Excellent computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
• Excellent multitasking skills while working over the phone and in person.
• Ability to travel locally occasionally, as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Associate or bachelor's degree in any field.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the company mission statement and core values while maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
• Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons by answering or appropriately directing questions and concerns.
• Lead tours of the sales floor and make product recommendations based on ongoing research of available products.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of patient and member benefits, discounts, coupons, and promotions, and encourage memberships for medical guests.
• Follow product-handling procedures, company safety and health policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization by stocking retail items and supplies, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
• Operate the cash register, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer.
• Work as part of a team to meet sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals within designated timelines.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
